My approach to patient care combines manual therapy with patient education, self-care strategies, and therapeutic exercise prescription. I have additional training in contemporary medical acupuncture, pregnancy care, postpartum rehabilitation and concussion management.
Common conditions that I treat include: neck pain, back pain, headaches, “sciatic pain”, numbness/tingling, acute injuries (ex. sprain/strain), repetitive injuries, chronic pain, osteoarthritis, joint pain (from head to toe).

My dream was always to be a massage therapist, i am living my dream. My treatment focus is typically more therapeutic than relaxational. Additionally, stretches and homecare instructions will be provided.
Courses I am qualified in consists of Therapeutic Ulatrasound, Cupping Therapy, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage Therapy 1 and 2.
Born and raised in the valley, mostly Deep River and then Petawawa. I moved away from home to pursue education and life. Spent 5 years there and have been back home for 8 years and practicing in the valley for 6 years.
Graduated from Lambton College in Sarnia Ontario from the Massage Therapy 2 year accelerated program in 2014.
Also participated in an Anatomy Workshop at Western University.
